It’s the beginning of a new month, time for some goals.
- Follow the budget – Why is this harder than it should be?
- Exercise every day – Love Jillian Michaels and her 30 day shred; can’t beat 20 minute workouts.
- No eating out – This is the hardest one of all, why must restaurant food be so convenient and delicious?
- Do a cleanse – I bought one now just to do it.
- Read 2 books – I have a horrible habit of returning books to the library WITHOUT reading them.
- Drink a minimum of 3 liters a day – Gotta stay hydrated!
That seems like a manageable list to start with.
