I am debating skipping it.

I watched the beginning of the video the other day and apparently I’m supposed to only work out 5-6 days a week and take at least one rest day.
This is good news to my sore body.
Having said that I
think I will be taking Saturdays as my rest day for the remainder of this month.
Tomorrow will be the first time I do level 3 EVER.
