Today’s workout

I am debating skipping it.

There I said it.

I watched the beginning of the video the other day and apparently I’m supposed to only work out 5-6 days a week and take at least one rest day.


This is good news to my sore body.

Having said that I think I will be taking Saturdays as my rest day for the remainder of this month.

Tomorrow will be the first time I do level 3 EVER.

  1. What workout program are you doing? I’m doing Body Revolution, and have started week 1, three times now. I’m a lazy a$$.

    Maybe the workout gods will be cheering me on this Monday???

  2. Do it, if you dont take a rest day, you’ll get burnt out & injured. Trust me, I learned the hard way.
