One day down … only 19 more to go.
So, I thought I was on board with the early morning workout. I set my alarm earlier. I went to bed “relatively” early. But when morning came my mind and body went back and forth with No eventually winning. 😦
Then I stepped on the scale. The number increased. 😦
This was to be expected as I ate badly this week-end and drank alcohol (empty calories). There was no exercise and minimal water. I had my first Ruben sandwich ever. So good. But not so nice in the calorie department. Couple that with some fish and chips that was 1160 calories … just spells disaster.
So this evening I came home prepared to do the work.
It was brutal. I forgot how challenging Ripped in Thirty actually is. I’m not sure I will be able to brush my hair tomorrow morning, but I am reaping the rewards tonight.
Extra calories burned = a serving of Cheetos twists. 🙂
We shall see what tomorrow brings. I am hoping that Yes wins in the morning. Then I can come home after work and do nothing.
Maybe I’ll sleep in my workout clothes tonight. LOL You think that will help?

What’s ripped in thirty…I’ve never heard of it? I see its a Gillian Michaels thing…is it a book? Video? Program you pay for?
It is a video. Jillian has a 3-2-1 system which is 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs work. Repeat 3 times. Couple that with a warm up and a cool down and you are done in about 35 minutes. 🙂 Can’t go wrong.
