Not doing it again

Yoga Inferno


I did level 1 and Jillian whooped my @ss. 😦  This is much more challenging that Yoga Meltdown.

I am going to hurt tomorrow.

There were moments where I had nothing but bad words for my TV, usually during the “cardio” parts.

This workout will definitely change your body.

I’m so not ready for this workout to be in my regular rotation.  I’m glad I didn’t buy it.  I’m happy that I did it, but once is enough for me right now. lol

I reserve the right to revisit this video in the far, far away future. 😉

Tomorrow I am back to my 30 Day Sculpt. 🙂  I am half way through this video and I still like it.  20 minutes and you’re done.  How can you not love that?

  4. This post made me laugh! I’m about to start the 30 day shred. I’m scared. :)!

    • Don’t be scared. Just start without weights. The first time I did it I thought I was strong and used 5 lbs weights. Half way through I had to switch to 2 lbs. At the end, I begged my kids to bring me some water with a straw as I didn’t think I could lift my arms or hold a glass. lol But it got easier.
