In keeping with the spirit of posting about things I haven’t posted about in a long while I bring you a long overdue post about my exercise or lack there of.
I took off last week and a bit. But I started back exercising on Sunday.
For some reason if I work out on Sunday it is easier to continue as opposed to starting on Monday.
I am back to doing 30 Day Sculpt. I really wanted to do Ripped in 30 again but … I just can’t seem to get my self together so rather than quit all together I am going back to my mind games of “it’s just 20 minutes”.
I would really like to workout in the morning but I swear my bed has arms and it holds me tight EVERY morning. lol
So while my dinner is cooking or right after I come home is exercise time. This week I am on point. 🙂
It’s sad how easy it is to fall off the wagon. 😦
